Joint Procurement
Innovative, cost-effective opportunities are available for Consortium members to save money in the procuring of goods and services demonstrating to Congress and the public that we are serious about doing everything we can to hold down college costs. In addition to participating with colleges and universities around the country in group buying cooperatives, the Consortium has partnered with E&I Buying Cooperative to provide members with the opportunity to network through E&I’s sponsorship of procurement luncheons and organizing vendor fairs. E&I is also committed to sustainability and, through them, the Consortium was able to develop a regional contract for the purchase of wind energy.
